Accommodation
Living Room
There is plenty of comfortable seating in the spacious lounge, coffee tables and large flat screen TV with English and French channels available. A DVD player is provided with over 250 DVDs to choose from including children's titles. There is a music player and speakers. A well stocked bookcase for both adults and children of all ages as well as a selection of board games.
Kitchen & Dining
There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with large electric oven and gas hob. There is a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. A kettle and Senseo coffee machine is provided. There is plenty of crockery, utensils, pots and pans and glasses for that all important glass of French wine.
The dining table accommodates up to ten people comfortably.
Two sets of double doors lead out onto the covered patio.
Bedrooms
Bedroom one has a comfortable king size bed. The modern en-suite has a large double walk-in shower.
Bedroom two & three have comfortable double beds and dressing tables. The modern en-suites have walk-in showers.
Bedroom four has twin beds (which can be made into one bed, if required) and DVD player. The modern en-suite has a bath with rain shower over.
All bedrooms have bedside tables with lamps, large wardrobes and FreeSat TV. All en-suites have WC, vanity units and heated towel rails. All bedding and towels are provided.
Games Room
There is a large games room equipped with a pool table, air hockey table, table football, dart board, large TV with PS2 and Wii (games provided) and DVD player. We also have a well stocked board games cupboard and toys for the younger members of the family. There is also a double sofa bed which can accommodate two extra guests if needed.
Parking
There is ample secure parking at the rear of the property.
